Beer City CrossFit is an elite coaching/training facility. Safe, progressive, interactive, challenging and fun.

All Beer City CrossFit Group Classes are instructed from start to finish by experienced and professional Level 1 CrossFit Coaches. Our coaches have backgrounds in exercise science, program design, kinesiology, nutrition and professional athletics, giving us a unique educational foundation. Our dedicated coaching staff has also completed many specialty courses and conduct internal continued education forums, to provide you the highest quality instruction available.

Group Classes

Our group classes at Beer City CrossFit are designed to be… safe, progressive, interactive, challenging and fun, all while cultivating your highest level of fitness through planned variation.

At Beer City CrossFit we pride ourselves on being a comprehensive coaching facility, thusly, classes are capped at a maximum of 20 athletes and we strive to maintain a 1:8 or greater, coach to athlete ratio. All workouts can be scaled to meet any fitness level, and every class provides an Rx, intermediate, novice, and competitor track.

Weightlifting

Looking to improve your Olympic Lifts? Want to feel confident with your snatch and/or clean and jerk technique?

At Beer City CrossFit, we offer several dedicated weightlifting classes throughout the week. Come solidify your technique and build confidence with accessory movements to improve your Snatch and C+J lifts. We utilize weightlifting programming with Burgener/Mayhem

Personal Training

Looking to get more personalized training? Want to learn the basics, in a one-on-one setting?

If you need the additional accountability, are new to exercise, or have pre-existing orthopedic/medical related issues that need extra attention, personal CrossFit training by one of our certified coaches, is a great alternative to group classes. For advanced competitive athletes, Personalized program design can also be used supplementary to hone in on your individual goals.
