What is the BCCF facility like?

Beer City CrossFit has one of the most comprehensive, functional fitness training facilities available with over 6,000 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor training spaces, 20′+ high ceilings, large bay doors, 2 bathrooms, and 1 shower. Beer City CrossFit features rowers, bikes, ski ergs, barbells + plates, kettlebells, sand bags, dumb bells, climbing ropes and much more!

Do I need to reserve classes?

Kinda. You are more then welcome to simply show up for a class time that fits your needs, but you can save some time by reserving your spot and signing the waiver beforehand by Clicking HERE

All members are required to register for classes through our WODIFY tracking system. Once you’ve registered for your first class, all you need to do is show up! See our class schedule or please contact us for more information.

I haven’t done CrossFit before, will I die, do I need to get in shape first?

No. Our BCCF training progression is designed to help ease you into the CrossFit world, as you progress through, all of our normal WODs will be scaled to anyone’s ability. If you can’t do part/all of a WOD, coaches will modify accordingly, that’s what we’re here for!
