Frequently
Asked Questions
How can we help you? Below are some frequently asked
questions & answers.
Whats the BCCF facility like?
Beer City CrossFit has over 3,000 sq. ft. of floor space, 1,500+ sq. ft. of outdoor training space, high industrial ceilings, large bay doors, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and lots of equipment! Plenty of rig space, 8 Concept 2 Rowers, 8 Assault Bikes, barbells in various weights, kettlebells, climbing ropes, mobility tools, thousands of pounds of bumper plates, the best coaching staff, and an awesome family of athletes!
Can I start now?
Absolutely – there’s no better time! Be sure to check out our Plans & Pricing
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! We love visitors – local and from out of town. Please check out our Visitors & Drop-Ins page to have them register accordingly!
Do I need to reserve classes?
Kinda. Our classes are capped to ensure safety and the proper instruction. It is highly recommended for members to pre-register for classes through our WODIFY tracking system.
Members who reserve a spot for a class will have priority even if they arrive after someone else who did not pre-register.
I haven’t done CrossFit before, will I die, do I need to get in shape first?
No. Our BCCF training progression is designed to help ease you into the CrossFit world, as you progress through, all of our normal WODs will be scaled to anyone’s ability. If you can’t do part/all of a WOD, coaches will modify accordingly, that’s what we’re here for!
Lockers + Showers
Yes to both! We have day-use cubbies for your personal item storage while at the facility, and one available shower. The shower is first-come-first-come after class. Please be considerate of those with tight schedules.
You must take all of your items home with you each day. Any items left will be placed in the lost and found, and Lost and found is donated at the end of every month!
Child Care
Yes! We do offer chilcare, please check the schedule for available times.
- Please make sure you/your child pick up ANY messes made
- Childcare begins and ends promptly with the set class hour – do not leave your child early or pick them up late
- If your child is sick in any way, please do not bring them
- Snacks are permitted.
- The childcare room and lobby space are open and available during unattended childcare hours for parents of children who are old enough to handle being on their own.
- If a child is having any issues that take away from the caregiver’s ability to provide for the other children, the parent will be called in.
- You are responsible for your children at all times, we are not responsible for any injuries, etc that may occur.
Pets/Animals
While we love all furry creatures, we kindly ask members and visitors to leave their animals at home!
Several of our coaches have family gym dogs so you still may get some puppy lovin’ before or after a class, but for everyone’s safety no other animals are allowed.
