New Programming Structure

A new training block – yay!

As we move into our next training block expect to see a few changes in our programming structure.  The most notable change will be the separation of our strength and conditioning work.  We will have dedicated strength days, to include a movement specific warm up, strength piece and accessory movements with a short anaerobic finisher at the end.  We will have dedicated Metabolic Conditioning days, to include warm up, varied metcons, gymnastics and core work.  Thursdays will no longer be solely active recovery, rather a regularly programmed class.

Our intent is to provide a greater opportunity for volume on both the strength and conditioning sides of the house while simultaneously increasing the technique coaching opportunities & safety.  Getting Stronger, more enduring and more coaching feedback sounds like a win, win, win!
