Functional strength and conditioning for adventure athletes of all levels. Prepare yourself to start the summer, ready to take on an adventure! Non-techincal, no previous experience necessary.

  • Burn Fat, Increase stamina and strength
  • Interval training to include but not limited to Calisthenics, drills and sprints
  • Group motivational setting, with individualized coach attention
  • Led by Steven McHone, Adventure Fitness Guru
  • Workout location will rotate weekly!

$12 drop in / 5 classes for $50 (non-BCCF members)
